Day 1: Arusha to Arusha National Park
After breakfast, depart from your hotel in Arusha at 8:30 AM and head to Arusha National Park for an unforgettable experience. Embark on a thrilling walking safari with an armed ranger, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes, from lush forests to open savannahs. Pause for a delightful picnic lunch surrounded by nature’s beauty. Witness flamingos adorning the lakes and spot unique wildlife, including the black-and-white colobus monkeys. Nestled at the base of Mount Meru, Arusha National Park is also a paradise for birdwatchers.

Day 2: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart from your hotel at 8:30 AM and embark on a scenic drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game viewing. Explore the park’s diverse ecosystems, encountering large herds of buffalo, graceful giraffes, and impalas. If luck is on your side, you might spot the famous tree-climbing lions lounging in acacia trees. During migration season, the park’s shores come alive with vibrant flocks of flamingos, adding a splash of pink to the scenery.

Day 3: Lake Manyara to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, depart and drive through the picturesque Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the fertile farmlands of Karatu, making your way to the Serengeti’s legendary plains. Arrive in the Seronera area, the heart of the Serengeti and a hotspot for wildlife activity. The Seronera River attracts a variety of animals, including lions, leopards, and an abundance of herbivores, making it a prime location for unforgettable game viewing.

Day 4, 5, & 6: Central Serengeti
Spend the day exploring the central Serengeti, famous for its lion prides and rich wildlife. Choose between a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch or early morning and afternoon drives with a relaxed breakfast in between. The Seronera area offers incredible year-round game viewing.

Day 7: Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, then head to Ngorongoro Crater, descending into the world’s largest volcanic caldera. Explore the diverse wildlife, including the “Big Five,” while taking in the breathtaking landscapes.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Tour (5 hours) to Tarangire
Start with an early descent into Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive, where you’ll encounter lions, rhinos, elephants, zebras, and diverse bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool before ascending back to the crater rim. Continue your journey to Tarangire National Park.

Day 9: Tarangire to Arusha
After breakfast, meet your safari guide and embark on a half-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy excellent game viewing, with opportunities to spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, and zebras. Tarangire is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, home to unique species like the Ashy Starling and Fringe-Eared Oryx. By mid-afternoon, start your journey back to Arusha.
Arrival: Arrive in Arusha around 6:00 PM and enjoy a final farewell with your safari group, reflecting on the unforgettable memories from your Tanzanian adventure.
